• Call Center Agent — Routed international customer success flows through agent-managed channels to significantly reduce call volume before it reached human support. Built as an early automation layer for customer satisfaction and sales.→ Argo Group

• Connected Smart Watch — Brought the digital experience of the world’s first luxury smartwatch to market as the TAG Heuer Connected — where a century of watchmaking met the connected age. Engineered the experience, helped shape the v1 feature set, and carried the product through high-visibility launch milestones.→ TAG Heuer
• Pro Sports Sales Beacon — Filled premium suites and drove media sponsorships across three franchises through a corporate sales engine built for pro sports. • DNA Biosciences — Genomic intervention venture formed by past colleagues. Was invited in, but chose not to pursue it. I wanted to stay focused on practical automation, knowledge systems, and operational tools rather than a more speculative technological direction I was not yet convinced by. → Colossal Biosciences
• Community Automation Layer — After investing deeply in Discord communities, I was approached around automation work there.
